Friday- Muscle Conditioning (Meeting ID: 320 749 2981) - 9:00 a.m.- 9:30 a.m.
Saturday- Strength and Endurance Training (Meeting ID: 320 749 2981) - 10:00 a.m- 11:00 a.m.
Class Descriptions
All classes will be using minimal equipment; however, instructors may have you use household items to enhance your workout. They will let you know at the beginning of class what is needed.
Be sure to move in motions that best fit your level and that are pain free. Stop if you feel uncomfortable.
Note: Participants should obtain medical advice before beginning any exercise program or if any problems arise. Participants should work at their own pace and stop exercise that is painful. By choosing to participate in any of the virtual workout sessions, you do so at your own risk and understand there are inherent risks and hazards when engaging in said workouts. Dance (Intermediate / Advanced)

Join us for high intensity movements in a rhythmic format along with many different genres of music.
Exploring Yoga Moves (All Levels)
Facilitated by Heather Dainas
Join us as we explore a series of interactive yoga moves incorporating stamina, balance and breathing techniques.
Full Body Circuit Training (All Levels)
Facilitated by Heather Dainas
This full body, circuit-style workout combines anaerobic and muscular conditioning using a wide variety of exercises to increase strength, endurance, power and speed.
H.I.I.T. - High Intensity Interval Training (Intermediate / Advanced)
Facilitated by Heather Dainas
Features combinations of strength and cardio intervals to maximize your workout.
Meditation (All Levels)
Facilitated by Shannon McKenzie
Join us for 15-20 minute, drop-in, guided group meditation sessions, no experience necessary and open to all. Meditation can be a fantastic way to lower stress levels, improve focus, and increase resilience. Facilitated by Shannon McKenzie.
Muscle Conditioning (All Levels)
Facilitated by Heather Dainas
Slow workout tempo to focus on muscular strength and endurance. Each class will target different muscle groups.
Strength and Endurance Training (All Levels)
Facilitated by Heather Dainas
Sessions include weights and resistance bands as well as body weight training. We will explore a combination of dynamic movements ranging from high to low impact.
Stress Reduction (All Levels)
Facilitated by Heather Dainas
Stress reducing movement and stretches for the mind and body.
Total Body Workout (All Levels)
Facilitated by Heather Dainas
This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training for a complete workout.
