Coach Chip Lemberg brings more than 20 years of coaching experience at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels. He previously served as the Head Women’s Soccer Coach and Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Harper College and currently serves as the Technical Youth Director for Arlington Aces, where he oversees player development programs and coaches travel teams from youth through high school. In addition to his collegiate and club experience, Coach Lemberg coaches at Elk Grove High School and he holds both a USSF National “C” License and USSF National Youth License while fostering a competitive, player-centered culture focused on development both on and off the field.
